Wintermute Jobs

Wintermute is an algorithmic trading firm focused on digital assets. Founded in 2017, it uses proprietary trading technology and quantitative strategies across centralized exchanges, decentralized finance venues and traditional financial markets. Its company page describes an over-the-counter desk for spot and derivative transactions, alongside liquidity provision for blockchain projects and token issuers. Wintermute also invests in emerging decentralized finance protocols and helps build or incubate projects it believes the industry needs. The company says these activities share a base in trading technology and liquidity expertise. Its offices are in London, New York and Singapore, with team members in other remote locations. That geographic spread does not by itself establish a remote policy for any particular job. Wintermute’s client and counterparty groups include financial institutions, crypto-native firms and blockchain projects. The hiring data on Blockchain Jobs Board reflects the roles currently listed here; details such as location, category and working arrangement come from the job ads rather than from this broad company description.
